When you arrive in Everglades City, you will take a thrilling airboat ride through the Sawgrass Prairies and Mangrove Wilderness. There you will encounter alligators, manatees, native wildlife and a variety of birds, such as the Blue Heron, American Egret, Bald Eagle and Osprey.

Summary: 48 HOURS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. Tour does NOT include hotel pickup. Minimum age requirement is 4 years old and all passengers must be able to step in and out of the airboat on their own. Child rates apply to ages 4 through 12. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. Guests will board authentic airboats upon arrival in Everglades City for an exhilarating ride through the backwaters of the Gulf, including mangrove tunnels and old Indian trails. The experienced airboat captains wind through the rugged 10,000 islands, revealing the hiding spots of alligators, manatee and other local inhabitants.
Other highlights include the flora and fauna of the Paradise Coast and alligators basking in their natural habitat. Guests will also get a glimpse of an old Indian village on the drive. To finish, guests will take a narrated tour through the historic town of Everglades City, including an overview of the Rod & Gun Club, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
