Check-in is 30 minutes prior to scheduled airboat departure time.
24 Hours Minimum Advance Booking Required. Hotel pickup is not available for this tour. Meeting locations vary based on your available transportation; you will receive a phone number on your E-Ticket that must be called at least 24 hours before your tour date to be provided your meeting location. There is a $6.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown at checkout includes any fuel surcharges, service charges and tax. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.
Tour / Activity Policies
Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.
Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Your health is the top priority, and this tour operator has put special measures in place to keep all guests safe both during and after your activity.
- Stringent Cleaning - Increased frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas between each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all guests.
- Social Distancing - Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour unless with family members. All staff members will be wearing the necessary PPE.
- Wellness Checks - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, Early notification will allow for rescheduling your tour.

- A Release of Liability must be signed to participate in this tour.
- Due to the unpredictability of weather and the National Parks Service (NPS) changing its conditions throughout the year, the specific details of each tour are decided by the guide on the day before the trip.

- Guests with allergies to plants, bees, molds, pollen and other allergens found in the wild should come prepared.
- South Florida has 3 temperatures: cool, warm and hot. Depending on the time of year, please dress accordingly. If rain is called for on your day of touring, wear rain gear; ponchos do not do well on airboats to keep you dry.
- There are no bathroom facilities while on tour.
- Cell service may be compromised.
